Monday, August 29, 2005 Hurricane winds shred an American flag in downtown New Orleans as Hurricane Katrina passes over. AP Press Well it's been a fairly full week, as I mentioned in my earlier post my parents were here this week. We had a good week, & had some good day's out. I uploaded some pictures of the two day's out you'll find them on the earlier post. After my parents returned home I went to Leek to see my friend Howard, he had come up from London for a few days. Both he & Jo his girlfriend are going through their own problems, which I won't go into in any detail here but just to say that sometimes the problems that life throws at us are really difficult. I hope that both Howard & Jo are able to sort their problems out & get to somewhere where they are both going forwards rather than backwards. Not that I am in any position to give anyone advise but I wish them both the best. I talked to my friend Danny in Blackpool, told him about my HIV status he was really upset, god I really hate having to upset people. But all in all it's been a good week, one that gives me plenty to think about.
