I don't know if I should admit this, but I've not read this book.
At the time I was reading H.G. Wells, I was also reading Jules Verne, Frank Herbert and Clifford D. Simak,Issac Asimov and Daniel P. Blaylock.

I've not read straight Sci-Fi in years. I found the ones I've read were great stories, good action and imagination but low on inter-personal relationships.

I was into Ellory Queen for awhile and mysteries in general...now...not so much. Amazing how things change, interest and focus change, as we go through life.

Ol' H.G. just doesn't have me doing the "happy tappy" dance anymore....maybe I'll catch the moviee?
