My thoughts turn to my forthcoming visit to the HIV doctor. My appointment is on Monday. To say I am not looking forward to the appointment would be an understatement. I have to have a second set of blood tests to update my CD4 & Viral load statistics.

I hope the results will be better than last time but they probably won't be. I have been trying to live a heathier lifestyle extra vitamins, better food etc but it's not always possible. I must remain positive however because a negative outlook is the last thing I need at the moment.

This is the Project Gutenberg version which you can do as you please with it's out of copyright.

It's raining here today this afternoon so I'm listening to a funny BBC 7 Radio play.
Its called Time Slip, a drama comedy about two scientists who invent a human replicator. The chaos & farce that follows is highly entertaining.

Thank's Thomas,

I certainly do know about Walmart. They own one of our supermarket chains here called Asda. I believe they only pay minimum wage in the states as well. Talk about exploitation. Needless to say I don't shop at Ada (Walmart) lol.

Hi Charlie!!!
Happy Halloween!! At least here it's still Halloween. Going out to do the candy rounds tonight. Thanks for the well wishes BTW-I'm feeling more myself. Maybe it was all the OJ and Apple Cider I drunk.....
Hey, How did MD visit go? Well I hope.
Yes, indeed, positive attitude is SO crucial. That book guy, Kevin Trudeau seems to feel that there ARE natural assistives to the HIV regime in addition to or other than the pharmaceuticals from the industries. I don't know one way or the other, but natural stuff can only be good for you anyway, yes?
Anyway, I hope you receive positive news. I'm hoping for you!!
I have to go get ready...I'll listen to the audio blog another time...lately I've been skimming, reading and running all the time.
But I think of you....
Take Care!

Hi Michele,

Thankyou so much for your kind words it means so much, that someone cares. I'm glad to hear your getting over your cold.

I'm interested in Kevin Trudeau, do you have any more info or a web link so I can find out more about him ?. Orange juice is very good for all kinds of colds & flu. The vitamin c it contains does wonders for all kinds of illnesses.

A happy Halloween to you & your familly, I try to do what I can with diet & vitamins for the HIV, I know all I can do in that respect helps tremendously.

I have made strenuous efforts as far as my diet & extra vitamins is concerned. I am sure it will be reflected in the test results. But fingers, toes etc crossed as far as that goes :).

If it's OK do you have an e-mail address I could e-mail you on ?, perhaps a Gmail or Hotmail or Yahoo address etc. There are some things that it would be nice to talk about that I don't feel comfortable putting on the Blog.

My e-mail address is -

charlie.hewitt@gmail.com

Hoping this message finds you & yours OK, talk to you soon....

Thanks Charlie
Feeling MUCHO better today.
Except for eating a tad too much candy.
Felt good enough to make my first Canadian Pork pie AND an apple pie for desert.

BTW-email sent.
