She's one of a growing band of 'social entrepreneurs' , applying a business approach to big problems in difficult places, Victoria Hale business model is based on talking medicines which have been dropped midway through the development process - either because the project becomes too expensive or the company changes direction - and being able to complete the development process and take the drugs to market with relatively small investments.
