My great grandfather was a conscientious objector during World War One. He served on some of the worst battlefields of the war as a medical orderly. I never knew him but I inherit his pacifist ideal. I commemorate the day here as I hate war of any kind it's pointless & sickening, but I have the utmost respect for those that died for our freedom in both world war's, all those years ago. They are not forgotten. This is the Project Gutenberg version which you can do as you please with it's out of copyright. Alexandre Dumas - The Three Musketeers Charlie hewitt.mobi Posted at 3:45 pm |
